This is by far my favorite workout DVD.
Cardio is good for your body, but more importantly, it's great for your brain.
Circulation makes you smarter, healthier, and happier.
Plus, there's nothing like a good sweat to feel smell like you're getting rid of the toxins in your body.
I love the way this dvd transitions so smoothly- I'm never certain where the warm up ends and the workout begins. And get a load of Roxy- man that lady is half elf, I swear! I've never seen anyone do jumping jacks that fast before.
